Tacoma Nursing & Rehabilitation -
Our team is seeking an MDS Coordinator to join us. The qualified applicant must have either an active RN or LPN license in Washington.
A minimum of two years experience working as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility with knowledge of PDPM. This facility provides a MDS Consultant who works closely with our MDS Coordinators to provide job related education and support.
This is position requires some flexibility in hours / overtime depending upon MDS Assessment completion schedule. MDS Coordinators are part of our Key Nursing Management Staff.
